Klarna is the force in payments worldwide and we're looking for Project Managers to join us on this journey. To be able to take the next step we need to address several important projects around Klarna’s expansion, change mgmt, process improvements and corporate initiatives.
The team’s value is created via delivery of corporate wide projects. PMO predominantly support the mgmt team, but also all departments across the organisation, with large cross-divisional projects that contribute to the success of Klarna's strategic objectives. The PMO team consist of 5 project leaders who each run one to three projects depending on complexity and size.
As a Project Manager you plan, coordinate and lead complex cross-functional projects in an agile environment. You enter the team with a senior mindset and a have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager. You work closely with the Klarna management as well as stakeholders in the different divisions.You need to create strong relationships throughout the organisation in order to successfully deliver projects. You will be part of building the future of Klarna and you are passionate and understand the complexity in this challenge. In your role you are the main driver for your project and are expected to deliver results.
