Summery

I am looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in designing and installing systems used primarily for wood treating. This position would be working directly with the client as a third party hired to install these systems. Must be comfortable with consulting with the client on their needs, making a quote, and managing the project. Must not be afraid to get your hands dirty.

Duties

  • In this position you would be responsible for implementation and design at manufacturing facilities throughout the country

  • Working under a project timeline to meet customer needs

  • Help prepare cost estimates on the front-end

  • Finish projects within the budget and timeline restrictions

  • Manage project work and manage the contractors hired to help install

  • Troubleshoot Mechanical problems

  • Train Customers on how to use the equipment

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 3+ years' experience

  • Project Management

  • Experience working with pressure vessels, hydraulics, piping, pumps and Compressors

  • Machine Design preferred

  • Autocad experience

  • Piping Design

  • PLC's

  • Ability to travel 40% of the time with limited notice
