Who We Are

Our mission is to invent the future of farming. We're transforming the oldest and most important industry in the world from “gut instinct” to data science. Our platform already exposes critical operational insights to over 1 in 3 U.S. row crop farms and our users absolutely love us.

Who You Are

You have a strong understanding of agriculture- from the economics and finance side of agriculture to the daily operations of growers. You have experienced the day to day tasks involved with growing a crop. You have made a grain marketing plan and executed contracts. You have compiled your farm information into what was needed for a loan. In addition to being an agricultural expert, you have participated in the creation and delivery of a software product, and want to grow as a Product Manager. You're an advocate for the user and you understand how to look at problems and challenges from their perspective. You're both creative and decisive, but you never act blindly on your assumptions. You research, you test, and you validate. When you iterate, each new release occurs more efficiently and with better results than the previous one. The same goes for cycling through the research and testing process; it takes you less time to identify and execute the right experiments. You have great instinct, which means you validate good ideas quickly and kill bad ones even faster.
