• Primary responsibility is to provide Manufacturing Engineering support to qualify test and assembly equipment and transfer the production line from one facility to another
• Support Test equipment qualifications by performing MSA, Gage R&R, Capability Studies,
• Analyze and process test data for the above MSA
• Organize the list of equipment, help package, work with shipping, help setup production line in new area
• Update or review work instructions and other documentation to control the manufacturing processes
• Manage your own project tasks and help drive other’s tasks
• Other duties as assigned by management
Required Experience:
• 2+ years of experience with Manufacturing Engineering or similar engineering field in Aerospace, Automotive, or Commercial industries
• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, Industrial or similar field or equivalent experience as an Engineer in these fields required
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical manufacturing, drawings, procedures and Bill of Materials is desired
• Specific experience with printed circuit board assembly, mechanical assembly, calibration and testing processes is desired
• MSA, Gage R&R, Capability Studies, Lean/Six Sigma Tools is desired
• Proficient in Excel, MiniTab and analyzing data
• Organization/planning, communication (oral and written), time management, conflict management, ability to manage stress, deadlines and work independently
• Software Knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access, Project), MiniTab, Oracle, Agile, AutoCAD, SolidWorks is desired
• Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control methods and production control techniques is desired
