Position Overview: The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting all of our client’s entities financial system and project initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementation and testing processes of new acquisitions setups, SSC projects, and enhancements to existing applications.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with team and internal customers to ensure effective workflow and continuous improvements within the financial systems.
- Provide support to end-users including answering technical questions and supporting detailed analysis.
- Perform all application maintenance required to support our client’s growth and organizational changes.
- Continuously improve processes to minimize costs and increase transparency.
- Deliver training programs designed to enhance user and team skills.
- Create and maintain application specific documentation.
- Perform daily support administration.
- Ensure overall system stability and timely availability of information.
- Ensure data integrity including validation checks against source and worked performed
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Business Administration or any equivalent combination of relevant background, skills and experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years Business Analyst experience or extensive automotive background with knowledge of products and financial software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to partner with internal and external partners to meet business objectives
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify issues, review cases and determine solutions
- Ability to work effectively within a team and individual environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to partner effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a demanding, time sensitive environment
- Expert on Microsoft Office products
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Possess strong and effective presentation skills
- A General Understanding of Accounting Principles
- Demonstrate ability to identify and execute process improvement initiatives with successful results.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Dealership experience
- Prior Exposure to CDK/ADP DMS system (F&I, Accounting, Parts and Service, and Vehicle Inventory systems) preferred
