responsibilities:

  • Assess and define market size and opportunities in the plan process.
  • Develop and implement marketing plan, positioning statement, seminars, programs, and sales tools that are targeted to the achievement of plan sales and margin goals.
  • Determine pricing and positioning based on strategic goals of the products in the target segment. Roll out products based on availability and regulatory timelines.
  • Provide budget and financial plan related to product promotion, product launch, customer satisfaction, market leadership, new business and people development.
  • Design training programs to upgrade sales team’s expertise in selling focused products.
  • Build relationship with KOLs and various academic organizations.

Conduct joint sale calls with sales team members to provide field coaching and to gather customer needs and competitive information.

requirements:

  • College ; MBA prefer
  • Minimum 8 years working experiences in healthcare is necessary.
  • 3+ product group management experiences
  • Good team player
  • Strong negotiation, financial, communication, project management and analytical skills are required.

Excellence oral and written English skills.
