We are currently seeking an experienced Business Managerto join our high-profile client’s team in Redmond, WA to drive the overall Rhythm of Business.

Responsibilities:

  • RoB: Drive the overall Rhythm of the Business which includes defining and driving all key dates and events in support of operations. Host weekly meetings with Business Managers, determine agenda, run meeting, and drive actions to completion.
  • Scorecard and Metrics: Development and deployment of relevant and effective operational project reporting & business metrics. Coordinate generation of monthly scorecards; drive processes for the definition and creation of key performance indicators.
  • On-Boarding:Provide on-boarding training to new employees monthly.
  • Weekly Staff Meeting/People Manager Meetings: Determine agenda; drive meeting, agenda, and action items to completion.
  • ·QBR & MBR’s: Drive business planning including regular monthly and quarterly business reviews that impact mid-year and annual planning. Work with Finance and Business Management on the planning process and schedule.
  • ·Financial Support: Partner with the finance organization and the management team to drive planning activities and business execution through the budget planning and fiscal management processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead multiple projects at once; collaborate well with others to deliver high quality results.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Superior judgment, team building and budgeting skills, as well as the ability to work under continuous deadline pressure.
  • Knowledge and experience with creating and implementing multiple business processes.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and direct experience with associated tools and processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to build compelling presentations and comprehensive business review materials, as well as the ability to translate abstract thoughts into understandable messages for broad consumption.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills while working with multiple concurrent priorities and constraints.
  • BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
