Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for an entry-level civil engineer in our Lexington, SC office to work with our transportation group.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include working with the design team to assist with preparation of roadway, traffic, and right of way plans; performing design calculations; drafting reports; and calculating quantities and cost estimates. A valid driver’s license and some travel will be required.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering or related field from an accredited four-year college or university, or be able to obtain the degree within three months of hire date.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: transportation coursework; previous civil engineering internship; proficiency in MS office software; AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Microstation; EIT certification.
