Standard University business hours

8:30am -5:00pm (academic year)
8:00am – 4:30pm (summer)

Hours may vary based on operational needs.

Job Description:

This position serves as an Installation Manager for the Onward to Opportunity program in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area and will be part of a team delivering a new best-in-class education and skills-training program to assist transitioning service members, veterans, National Guard and Reserve members and their spouses across high-demand industry sectors and occupations through the provision of industry-specific skills and credentials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum of 5 (five) years program management experience required

• Experience in strategic planning and evaluating progress

• Experience working with veterans and/or military families

• Prior service in the United States military preferred
