We are looking for anElectrical Technician who will be responsible for the electrical design and build of electrical systems for special purpose equipment including development test rigs and prototype machines. The role includes interpreting work briefs and functional specifications, schematic and detail design, and support to commissioning and testing.
You will work in conjunction with a controls engineer designing mains, motor and low voltage control systems, and supporting instrumentation and sensor selection for machine and process control. You will be responsible for creating electrical schematics, component selection, bill of materials, panel building and troubleshooting.
