Our Chicago loop based client has an immediate need for a Finance Manager to lead finance activities and supporting the agency teams that delivers services for a global client organization. Responsibilities include:
- Develop forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term plans
- Analyze income statements, department expenses and cash flows
- Business analysis around project pricing, development of rate cards and structuring of retainer fees
- Interface with departments outside of finance including account and project management
- Supervise a Senior Financial Analyst
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7 - 12 years of experience including working at a professional services firm focused on project work
- Experience in financial analysis, business analysis, budgeting and planning
- General accounting experience is preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
