A world class, culture driven AEC firm based about 25 miles southwest of Chicago,IL has an opportunity for an Electrical Engineer.Responsibilities:Design projects from schematic design to construction phaseProvide support as required for lighting, power, riser diagrams, electrical circuiting and voice/data fire alarm systems.Review shop drawings and assist during construction.Run Electrical Engineering projects and meet with clients and project teams.Bulk of responsibility will be production work.Requirements:BSc degree in Electrical Engineering required. Applicants shall have completed coursework in engineering and/or have practical design experience working on building systems.Client interface experienceMinimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience.Solid working knowledge of NEC, NFPA72 and Chicago Building Codes.Experience in projects with sustainable solutions and LEED certifications a plus.Proficiency in AutoCad and REVIT MEP preferred We enjoy what we do.
