Reporting into the CFO this role will involve all aspects of the month end close processes, financial planning and budgeting, variance analysis with commentary, act as finance business partner across Data Analytics Teams, Client Teams and Sales teams. Prepare and challenge the sales forecasts, and over time take on commercial pricing proposals and project accounting.
The Person –The ideal candidate will be a qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) accountant with strong academics and have a track record of management accounting, financial planning and analysis skills gained in the commercial sector. Commercially astute with the ability to see the bigger picture and interact with senior colleagues across functions. Be a self-starter with proactive drive to deliver within challenging timelines and able to maintain a high attention to detail when under pressure. A strong team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to adapt. An analytical and inquisitive mindset and a track record of delivering continuous improvements to processes, systems and reporting.
