The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Faculty of Medicine of the American University of Beirut (AUB) is seeking:
1. Fetal Medicine & Surgery specialist; Rank: Instructor, Assistant, Associate Professor or Professor. Candidates must be board-certified or equivalent and should be skilled in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Fetal Medicine/Surgery. The candidate should have completed at least 2 years of an approved Fetal Medicine/Surgery fellowship. He/she must have displayed interest in pursuing a career in academic medicine as evidenced by publications and experience in the design and conduct of clinical trials.
2. Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist; Rank: Instructor, Assistant, Associate Professor or Professor. Candidates must be board-certified or equivalent and should be skilled in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. The candidate should have completed at least 2 years of approved fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility or equivalent. He/she must have displayed interest in pursuing a career in academic medicine as evidenced by publications and experience in the design and conduct of clinical trials.
Applicants should submit electronically: curriculum vitae, the names and addresses of four references, a summary of their accomplishment in the areas of clinical scholarly activities, teaching and research and future plans.
