The University of Central Florida Department of Marketing invites applications for a faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor of Marketing. Start date is fall 2017, although spring 2018 is a possibility.

Position requirements: (1) a doctoral degree from an accredited institution, either in Marketing or a closely-related field, and (2) prior academic experience.

Position preferences: (1) empirical modeling and/or marketing strategy as research area(s), (2) demonstrated success in delivering M.B.A. courses, and (3) experience mentoring Ph.D. students.

Candidates must possess a portfolio of research in marketing and currently be engaged in an active research program in the field, with a strong record of publication productivity appropriate to rank requirements at UCF. This would necessarily include placements in top journals in the field, e.g., JM, JMR, JCR, Marketing Science, etc. Department teaching needs are in marketing analysis/analytics, digital media marketing, and marketing strategy.
