App Annie is looking for an Accountant who will primarily be involved in supporting the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables function by making sure purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports are processed correctly on a timely basis. This role is based out of our London office. This position requires a team player with strong organizational and communication skills who operates with a sense of urgency.

General Duties:
- Create sales invoices for newly created Sales Orders
- Ensure sales invoices are uploaded to customer portals
- Follow up on additional ad hoc customer documentation requirements
- Accurately process vendor invoices to ensure proper classification and accurate description of expenses
- Obtain approvals for invoices per company policies and procedures
- Enter a high volume of invoices and audit expense reports on a timely basis
- Work with all members of the company to ensure Purchase Orders are obtained for proposed expenditures and in compliance with company policy
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Answer vendor inquiries and employee reimbursement inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1+ years relevant applicable experience
- Prior ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong independent organisational and time- management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Personable and can add value to the team dynamic
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Good communication skills
- A hands on personality
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship
