Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with the VP of Marketing to execute social media strategy as it relates to the Winterline brand and lead generation activities, including the management and monitoring of all the public and private Facebook groups-- parent and student per cohort.

  • Manage and contribute to long form content (blog, newsletter) development.

  • Maintain Winterline presence on international study abroad and gap year listings sites.

  • Coordinate conference and Fair presence, and represent Winterline at these events

    around the country (requiring travel October--early March).

  • Produce regular reports tracking the business impact of marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to analyze channel sales in relation to digital marketing

    initiatives.

  • Research competitive and market/industry trends.

  • Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing and admissions projects, including

    direct mail, electronic and social media, publicity initiatives, and special projects.

  • Help update and maintain company website.

  • Perform other marketing duties as determined.

About You

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a broad marketing role

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically

  • A self-starter and someone who is a natural problem solver with a positive can-do attitude

  • A natural collaborator who truly loves a team dynamic, but with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • The ability and willingness to travel to national and regional conferences and fairs

  • Great attitude and a sense of humor – we are a hardworking team in an open seating

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
