Job Description:
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering in the School of Sciences and Engineering at the American University in Cairo, invites applications for adjunct faculty positions in Spring 2020 semester in the following undergraduate 

courses:
-CSCE 1001 Fundamentals of Computing I (Ph.D. holders only)
-CSCE 1102 Fundamentals of Computing II Lab
-CSCE 2301 Digital Design I (Ph.D. holders only)
-CSCE 3302 Computer Architecture Lab

Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Foster academic excellence in AUC as a liberal arts culture, through innovative teaching, and quality research to prepare students for future local and international careers and lifelong learning.
2. Foster a culture of service, trust and collaboration across academic and administrative university departments to enhance the AUC experience
3. Enable a conducive environment that is led by exceptional human capital.
4. Establish innovation and creativity, along with liberal education to achieve a unique value proposition.

Requirements:
Minimum academic achievement of M.Sc. in said or related discipline; Minimum 5 years work experience in said or related field; Teaching experience preferred in said or related discipline; English proficiency is a must. Candidates will teach but not be restricted to the above mentioned courses.
