Our Financial Industry client is in search of a contract Project Manager/Agile Coach. This individual will help teams or individuals adopt and improve Agile methods and practices. This individual must have the ability to help people rethink and change the way they go about development. This person will serve as an embedded trainer, consultant, and advisor. He/she will be responsible for helping teams apply Agile and Lean thinking in their environments, will aim to transfer knowledge in regards to process, management, and requirements.
Abilities/experience You Bring To The Table- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance or other related fiel
- Validate standards are applicable and are written in a way that are easily understood.
- Develop and deliver audience specific, documented training on project management and agile standards that should be followed. Audiences may include: TSOs, BSOs, PMs, Scrum Masters, Executive Leadership, and Customers.
- Develop and deliver training materials and curriculum (working with team leadership) to help integrate new PMs into AgFirst PM practices.
- Must be able to present to all levels of the organization.
- 5+ years Agile Project Mgmt experience
- 7+ years of Project Mgmt experience
- 2+ years of Coaching Agile and PM practices.
