Experienced Staff Accountant NEEDED!
A medium sized CPA firm located in West Los Angeles, has an opening for an experienced staff accountant with 2+ years of experience in public accounting .
CPA license in California or currently completing the CPA exam for a license in California; have intermediate-level accounting knowledge and experience with problem solving and analysis; experience assisting with or directly performing financial statement audit and review engagements; experience with preparing compiled financial statements; introductory-level experience with GAAP financial disclosures and GAAP codification and research; some experience with preparing partnership and corporate tax returns; and a moderate-level of experience assisting with or directly preparing individual income tax returns individuals is helpful. This highly desirable position requires excellent spoken and written communication and problem solving skills. They provide a competitive compensation package.
