This is an excellent opportunity for 2 x project engineers to join one of Sydney's best known developer builders who have a history of carrying out some of the most exciting large scale residential projects in the Sydney market. With a reputation for staff retention and the company culture they currently have a number of large residential developments about to kick off in the next 3 months and as a result of this increased workload have a requirement for an 2 engineers to join the current project team on a unique residential high rise in Green Square.
Your new role
You will report directly to an experienced PM and Site manager also liaising with a team full of committed individuals who will welcome you into the fold. You will be responsible for looking after the a number of trades varying from civil, structural through to complex services packages and finishes across a technical build. The Project manager on this job is highly experienced and well regarded in the industry so this is a prime opportunity to be mentored by this individual and take your career to the next step.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role your resume will come from a degree background and be able to demonstrate a solid track record working as a experienced site engineer or project engineer for well known mid – top tiers in NSW ideally with experience on residential apartment builds. Longevity in previous roles, exposure to large scale projects including extensive experience of projects above $30 million across the full project life cycle. The ability to work to strict deadlines whilst managing demanding sub contractors. This client requires an ambitious, career focused construction professional who can drive the project forward.
