POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify improvement needs of each division, establish appropriate metrics with goals, and implement appropriate lean methodologies to meet the goal objectives.
- Work with operations to define manufacturing problems, collect data, establish countermeasures, and drive solutions.
- Assess improvement needs of standard operating procedure systems and implement solutions.
- Ownership of environmental systems.
- Identify opportunities throughout operations and drive solutions.
Required Qualifications :
- BS in engineering discipline, preferable mechanical or industrial.
- 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
