Catapult Staffing is partnering with a local automotive manufacturer to find a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer. This engineer will be tasked with the support of our manufacturing process, implementing and designing best practices that support continuous improvement with consistent quality outcomes. Applicants should have 3 or more years experience in a manufacturing environment working with carbon fiber or composites.
Working alongside the production staff the incumbent should:
· Think creatively and strategically
· Be able to analyze costs and benefits of designs
· Determine operational excellence standards
· Provide process data
· Acts proactively monitoring processes and resolves issues quickly
· Conforms to safety guidelines
· Act as a mentor to staff and implement best in practice guidelines through training and documentation
· Able to identify scope, propose, and implement capital improvement projects as assigned
· Knowledge of design and measuring software (Faro) Willing to learn and grow with the Company For consideration:
