Creative thinkers welcome!As we continue to grow, we need someone with a keen eye for design to help tell our story to the world in a visually compelling way. You’ll build upon our brand/design style standards to help ensure consistency across the organization, and work closely with other teams, as well as upper management.
As our first ‘creative’ hire, you’ll have a unique opportunity to collaborate with the rest of marketing on social media campaigns, newsletter distribution (both internal and external), digital advertising, blogging strategy, website design, print materials, events, and more.
We want out-of-the-box thinkers with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
You Will:
- Conceptualize, design, and refine creative projects, including marketing collateral, website graphics, digital ads, social media imagery, executive presentations, and more.
- Support various marketing communications, product marketing, and demand generation activities.
- Be responsible for maintaining design consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX team members, front-end website developers, videographers, and print vendors.
- Assess and redesign outdated materials to ensure the integrity and consistency of the CloudHealth brand.
- Work with an external creative agency for ongoing campaign work and brand development.
- Become proficient with the CloudHealth platform, understanding the basic functionality and value proposition. Interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure design concepts align with business goals.
You Have:
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent typographic skills, as well as experience designing for both digital and print. A solid knowledge of basic design techniques, including typography production and printing.
- 1-2 years of graphic design experience, either at an agency or in-house at a B2B tech company.A keen eye for visual detail and an aptitude for organization.
- The capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
- An interest in B2B technology. A respect for brand standards – both following and creating them.
- Writing and editing skills a plus. Familiarity with basic film/video editing and photography a plus.
- BA in graphic design or equivalent work experience.
