Enhesa is seeking a Marketing Manager to be responsible for day to day marketing activities, and the development and implementation of marketing strategies and marketing plans to support Enhesa suite of regulatory compliance products and services. These responsibilities focus primarily on creation of lead generation programs, targeting new prospects, and building the Enhesa brand reputation with high-opportunity corporate market segments.
Duties of the Marketing Manager include:• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Plan, develop and implement marketing programs to meet the lead generation objectives
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in conjunction with executive management team
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
• Work with Sales team to drive lead automation and process
• Create and manage lead acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust accordingly
• Develop and lead the execution of effective lead generation programs including emails, webinars, online advertising and more
• Ensure lead nurturing programs are built for all inbound and outbound marketing initiatives
• Monitor and analyze lead behavior to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, their buyers journey and continually refine the process to convert customers
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and events.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
• 5+ years of growth marketing experience
• Staff management experience a plus
• Demonstrable success in a B2B marketing environment, integrating with sales and driving qualified leads.
• Strong creative outlook
• Must be highly motivated; a self-starter with proven marketing and lead generation knowledge
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner with stakeholders remote and in the office within a global setting.
