We’re looking for a senior level Network Engineer with 7+ years of technology infrastructure experience for a great opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
As Network Engineer, you will participate in planning the design and implementation of our client’s communication infrastructure. You will provide support and maintenance of network systems, as well as be in charge of the assessment, optimization and network design.

As Network Engineer you will:
Provide support and maintenance needed to optimize the Enterprise technology
Co-develop the strategy, architecture, & design activities for enterprise technology infrastructure
Monitor, troubleshoot, design the engineering and resolve issues in a Cisco environment
Coordinate and implement network changes including building configurations as necessary
Compile statistics and reports as necessary on network performance and utilization
Install and configure technical components and supporting software
Support issues on medium to large high-profile projects
Maintain network devices including physical swapping of devices, cards and cables
Job Requirements for Network Engineer:
7+ years of experience in technology infrastructure
Cisco CCNA certification required
Bachelor’s degree
Cisco Nexus switch experience (1K, 2K, 5K and 7K)
Experience performing complex troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose and resolve network issues
Cisco router/switch configuration and troubleshooting experience
Working knowledge of various network protocols including: TCP, UDP, IP
Knowledge of different network routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, IGRP, RIP)
Knowledge of WAN communications mediums (e.g., MPLS, Frame-relay, ISDN, SONET)
Working knowledge of WiFi Infrastructure and protocols
