Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manages professional and support level employees within specific disciplines in Marketing such as product marketing, market research, channel/product marketing, e-Business/e-Marketing, business/market development, branding, pricing, new product marketing, etc.
  • Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries such as channel performance analysis, special pricing request.
  • Responsible for coordinating with broader team the definition, execution and tracking of all elements of the marketing plan.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or an equivalent academic discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Has 7 to 10 years of relevant Marketing work experience, in the FMCG or Health Care industries.
  • Currently in a Supervisory/Managerial position, with experience in handling a marketing operations team (with at least 3 direct reports).
  • Expert/master knowledge and experience with the most current theories and practices of one or more related disciplines such as market research, channel/product marketing, trade marketing, business/market development, branding, communication, etc.
  • Has cross-functional knowledge of businesses. Possesses solid market know-how (competitors, trends, etc.). Utilizes this business knowledge to educate others.
  • Uses leadership and supervisory skills necessary for managing people such as knowledge of employment law, knowledge of corporate/location policies and procedures, effective communications, performance appraisal procedures, performance management, hiring and interviewing, documentation, interpersonal skills, coaching skills, change management, conflict resolution, delegation, goal setting, motivation, emotional intelligence, strategic planning.
  • Willing to travel and coach the team on the field or with customers.
