Objective
To coordinate and implement CCE business development &
relations plan, under the leadership of the Business Development Manager and
CCE Director, in collaboration with the operations team members to deliver
corporate training projects as needed. This would include assisting with needs
analysis, identifying training solutions, coordinating a team from CCE through
a custom training development project, and have a notable part in the success
of CCE.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
New Business
Development and Client Retention
- Proactively
serves as the first point of contact for ministries, corporates and group
clients for CCE program information.
- Receiving
request for proposal (RFP) from clients (ministries and corporates),
analyzing their training needs assessment (TNA) and coordinating the
creation of training solutions, externally with the client and internally
with the business development manager and training operations team.
- Carry
out pricing for corporate training programs and financial assessments for
training projects.
- Creating
offers or quotations under the guidance of the business development
manager and preparing proposal documents for clients.
- Work
with finance, corporate affairs and marketing staff to ensure that
prerequisites (like tender prequalification) are fulfilled within a timely
manner.
- Client
follow-up and plan clarification meetings.
- Tracking
and submitting RFP according to the delivery date.
- Coordinating
upon acceptance with client’s training program delivery.
- Ensure
that corporate clients are appropriately welcomed on campus, directed to
classrooms and briefed on AUK facilities and CCE services.
- Work
with CCE operations and marketing team members and other internal
colleagues to meet customer needs.
Business Development
Planning
- Market
research to support CCE’s business strategy.
- Using
knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop CCE unique
selling propositions and differentiators.
Management and
Research
- Submit
monthly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Forecast
corporate sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Track
and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these
targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Human Resources
or other relevant field based on position-specific sections above.
- 5-10
years of professional experience in business environment, preferably in
sales, marketing and/or customer service and stakeholder relations
management.
- Excellent
written and spoken English and Arabic.
Skills and
Abilities
- Excellent
two-way communication skills, i.e. the ability to listen to the client’s
requests and clearly articulate what CCE can offer.
- Patient
and willing to be persistent to achieve goals.
- Able
to present CCE and AUK in a positive manner at all times.
