Zonar Systems is a joint venture between Continental AG and Daimler Trucks North America. Zonar has more than $100M in revenue (75% recurring), is profitable and has 350+ employees in 3 offices, 2 distribution centers and in home offices throughout the US. The company is searching for an experienced finance leader to take Zonar to the next level in terms of finance organization efficiency and scalability. This position is the most senior dedicated finance professional in the organization and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- “Source of truth” for key recurring revenue metrics focused on by executive leadership
- Developing action plans related to key recurring revenue metrics
- Oversight of the AR, AP, payroll, credit & collections, and FP&A teams
- Ownership of the Company’s treasury function including daily cash management and cash forecasting
- Ownership of all financial modeling and planning
- Ownership of all state and local tax and compliance reporting
- Ownership of the financial statements and management reporting in a public company type reporting environment
- Coordinating and driving the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasts
- Performance of ad-hoc analysis utilizing excel and other software programs
- Support of R&D project market evaluations by performing ROI, break-even and other financial related evaluations
- Analysis of critical business activities and development/documentation of technical accounting positions and supporting processes as needed
- Driving the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasts
- Implementation and change management accounting policies and systems as needed
- Leading initiatives in the finance organization, including those involving the use of technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness, which often involves interaction with and need to influence other leaders
- Serve as the main point of contact for finance & accounting interactions with Continental AG
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required
- Master’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- 8+ Years Leadership and management skills
- Industry experience in SaaS and/or Software preferred
- 3+ years of Big 4 audit experience with increasing level of responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong customer service perspective
