Manage all accounting operations (hands-on duties relating to A/R, A/P, GL, bank reconciliations, intercompany movements reconciliations and revenue recognition)
Support in the month-end and year-end close process
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly financial reports (including relevant KPIs)
Variance reporting, analysing trends and investigating discrepancies in a collaborative manner with the relevant teams
Assist in the preparation of the budget, forecasts and business plans
Ensure government statutory requirements and tax filings
Assist in developing business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen the company’s internal controls
Additional operational finance duties as necessary
Requirements:
3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience; preferably gained experience in a large accounting firm
Holds a recognised Accounting degree
IFRS knowledge
Ability to keep deadlines
Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel is essential
Team player
Fluent in written and spoken English with good communication and interpersonal skills
