The Department of Computing (COMP) is currently seeking adjunct faculty positions for the 2019-2020 academic year. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in either Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field, with proven experience in teaching in English, using the American Liberal Arts model at a university level. Knowledge of ABET accreditation is required. Successful candidates will teach a wide range of computer science and information systems courses. For detailed course offerings and description in the Department of Computing, please refer to the most recent AUK online catalog. The interested candidate will be responsible for teaching, conducting office hours, and filling the required assessment forms.

Applications are to be submitted as email to facultyptCEAS@auk.edu.kw with the Department Chair arabaai@auk.edu.kw and the Dean of the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences azeid@auk.edu.kw in copy. The position will remain open until filled and is for LOCAL residents only.
