Job description
This Project Manager focuses on developing skills and learning the basics of the healthcare industry and the agency process. Skills will be utilized to manage day-to-day responsibilities to support individual brands and operations team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Roles and Responsibilities-
- Tracks projects from kickoff through completion against established timelines
- Leads and coordinates internal team status meetings
- Reports on project status and other important aspects to team members
- Accountable for ensuring Agency adheres to Client development process
- Manages projects through internal routing system
- Provides clear direction to others and sets clear expectations
- Ensures cross-functional and account teams are working cohesively and consistently, adhering to internal Agency standard operation procedures
- Works closely with Director of Operations to ensure Agency resources are aligned to meet Client deadlines per approved project budgets and plans
• Collaborates with account team on estimates, schedules & deliverables
• Communicates with Account team on all change management and works with Director of Operations to determine resource capacity
• Produces backend correspondence for all internal meetings ensuring team is clear on all deliverables and next steps
• To be exposed to all Client meetings but not Client facing
Expected travel to Client meetings and community/educations events: Up to 15%

- Basic financial management understanding
- Social media savvy, utilizing active personal and professional accounts
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Keynote
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Internship completed in related field preferred
