Role Overview: Be technical contact window for customer to understand customer request and spec then calculate product cost for final quote and once have order need make sure the product can be design and made based on agreed spec with customer and solve technical issue to assure can be mass produce within Rolinx division.The Role’s Critical Responsibilities:

Understand customer request which send by customer or sales person (20%)
Communication design idea and product spec with customer or sales person (20%)
Cost calculation based on agreed design idea and product spec (10%)
Give design idea to ME to make detailed design and check ME design and communication with customer to get design approved by customer (25%)
Proto status follow up and FAIR to assure quality meet customer spec and solve technical issues to make sure can be Mass production (20%)
Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor (5%)

Qualifications

Minimum Required:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Automotive industrial engineer working experience
Familiar automotive industrial working process and quality requirement;
Familiar with Injection plastic part design and tooling knowledge;
Familiar with sheet metal manufacture process and sheet metal precision punch tool knowledge;
Familiar with 3D design software such as Solidworks or PROE and Autocad 2D software;
Good writing and oral English
Skilled in word, Excel, PPT soft;Preferred:
Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Automotive power unit control system design knowledge
New Energy Vehicle invertor and converter knowledge
IRIS training;
Project Management certificated
TS16949 internal Audit experience;
