Prospective candidates should have:
- 5 or more years demonstrated success as a Project Manager in design-build, ground up construction.
- Industrial and/or Food & Beverage construction experience.
- BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, landscaping, and architectural plans as they relate to schedules, cost, performance, and aesthetics.
- Superior communication skills.
