Job description

Position Purpose:

We are looking for a creative graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our business needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, books, magazines, product packaging, websites, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. – working collaboratively with our designer, marketing, business development, and office of the president teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Facilitation of the creation, design, production and delivery of newly created materials to support multiple and/or concurrent new partner & program implementations including but not limited to logo concepts, consumer POS materials, promotional incentives, digital assets, rack cards, sales tools, signage, video, etc.
  • Amend final designs for comments and gain full approval
  • Prepare files for submission to press

Qualifications/Requirements of the Position:

  • Degree in graphic design, fine arts or related field

  • 2 or more years of working creative experience preferred

  • Proven graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

  • Strong proficiencies with all current creative/design software including, but not limited to Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, all in a Mac OSX environment.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Experience in print, e-mail, web and audio/visual marketing preferred

  • Excellent computer skills, including understanding of layout and design of creative assets
