Job Description:
As a key member of Syracuse University’s dynamic Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment (IEA) team, the Assessment Associate will facilitate a culture of evidence, assessment, and continuous improvement at all levels across campus (i.e., schools/colleges, co-curricular programs and units, and functional areas).The Assessment Associate serves as a resource to faculty, staff, and administrators, contributing knowledge of current assessment practices and new approaches based on best practices and providing feedback to strengthen program/unit assessment efforts. The Assessment Associate contributes to the study of the University’s assessment efforts and the development of professional development, research, and recognition opportunities to enhance faculty and staff engagement.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in instructional design, development and evaluation or higher education and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in higher education is required.
