Job Description:
This positions oversees Carrier Dome box office ticket operations which is responsible for the development and accountability of all ticket office policies and procedures. This position also oversees the ticketing systems and financial responsibility. Primary box office interface with IMG, Orange Club and Athletics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, a minimum of 6 years of experience in ticket operations at the professional or collegiate level with a minimum of 4 years of managerial experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of Ticketmaster’s Archtics system required.
Job Specific Qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge of Ticketmaster software (systems).
• Advanced knowledge of NCAA Compliance protocols.
