• Develop and lead the strategy to digitize the 3M Industrial Business Group to achieve business objectives and resonate with 3M audiences in the digital ecosystem of 3M Latin America. In this role, you will:

  • Evangelize and partner with LATAM Business Developer Managers and Global Directors to develop a digital plan across all countries.
  • Measure and understand digital footprint of our industrial business in Latin America, identify trends and competitive actions.
  • Help execute and lead content strategy. Including digital product content for priority SKU´s.
  • Accelerate Industrial eCommerce Sales, coordinating efforts and best practices with countries to accelerate growth.
  • Lead digital agencies, subject matter experts (SMEs), media agencies, media partners and technical teams (Digital Marketing Operations) to achieve goals on time and with the right amount of resources.
  • Adapt and improve 3M Corporate platforms, tools and assets to the needs of the Industrial Business Group.
  • Have an open communication with local teams to identify killer issues of operation (Language, legal, cultural, regulatory, product availability).
  • Design, plan, execute and optimize regional brand activations and always-on activities in the digital ecosystem per brand and business needs when applies:
    • Paid Search
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Social Media
    • Digital content marketing (content adaptation/generation/curation, promotion, optimization, reporting)
    • eMail Marketing
    • Display Advertising
    • Website creation/optimization
    • Apps (if applies)
    • eLearning
    • Lead generation
    • Marketing Automation
  • Measure, track and tag all digital activities with the right tools to guarantee reporting performance and optimization.
  • Lead the Social customer care initiatives.
  • Generating demand of the right audience to the right property to the right content with the right shared purpose.
