Responsibilities:
Support and control our contract manufacturer(China and Thailand) cost and spending, support our business partner perform cost reduction. Include and no limited to below jobs:
- CM standard cost change review.
- PE spending review.
- Chip overhead capitalization.
- CM audit (cycle count, operation process and so on).
- Finance month close.
- Monthly forecast and bridge analysis.
- Internal and external audit supporting.
- Management team temporary requirement supporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline
- At least 4 years finance analysis related experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
- Good oral English communication skills
- Passionate about process improvement, analysis, and learning new skills.
- Experienced in business partnership and influential skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, Good team work spirit
- Familiar Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase is plus
