We’re looking for a Software Engineer with 2+ years of development experience for a great opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Our client is a leading provider of content and technology solutions, who is looking to add a solid junior software engineer to their development team. You will perform software development across multiple systems and will be coached by senior members of your team.

As Software Engineer you will:
Implement development processes, code review, and coding best practices under the guidance of senior-level engineers
Stay up-to-date on new technology developments
Work in different development environments (e.g., Agile, waterfall, etc.)
Create and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components
Design, develop/modify, test and implement applications and APIs
Job Requirements for Software Engineer:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
ECL database experience is a must
Strong knowledge and foundation in object-oriented development
Development language experience (e.g., PHP, C++, Java/J2EE, XML, and SQL)
Solid Dimensional/normalized data modeling principle knowledge
Analytical and problem solving skills
Eagerness to learn big data technologies, new processes and languages
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and test-driven development
