Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and carry out student recruitment campaigns for undergraduate and graduate programs in the UAE and abroad
2. Administer digital student recruitment activities and events
3. Handle AUS’ profile on major internet-based student recruitment websites
4. Coordinate and follow-up implementation of media plans in support of student recruitment campaigns
5. Handle social media campaigns designed for increasing awareness and generating leads
6. Handle enrollment related calls, email queries and chats on the Info Desk platform, CRM and other systems
7. Deliver introductory presentations in various venues and on various occasions as needed in English and Arabic
8. Represent the Office of Enrollment Management in a wide range of events and activities
9. Coordinate with AUS’ academic and administrative entities on student recruitment events and activities
10. Act as a point of contact (case officer) for prospective students
11. Handle walk-in inquiries at the admissions office using the queuing system
12. Counsel undergraduate and graduate applicants
13. Process graduate and undergraduate applications. Includes screening, evaluating, admission offers, communicating with applicants, data entry and execution of decisions on various systems including ERP and CRM
14. Provide file completion and registration support to new applicants at the beginning of each semester
15. Assist in the development of OEM informational literature
16. Contribute to the annual operational and event planning process
17. Generate and analyze reports
18. Create and update presentations

Qualifications and Job Skills Required:
1. A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field
2. 3-year experience in a related field, preferably student recruitment and university admissions
4. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (mastery of Arabic, Russian or Chinese is an advantage)
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
6. Fair knowledge of CRM systems
7. Familiarity with information systems used by higher education institutions
8. Familiarity with e-marketing concepts and techniques
9. Ability to work as a team member
10. Ability to travel intensively
11. The candidate must be punctual, detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task and work under pressure. The candidate should also show ability to adhere consistently to policies, procedures and processes
