Manufacturing Engineer(s)needed for immediate long term opportunities with our client in Southern NH. These positions will be responsible for driving production,
process and continuous improvement for the manufacturing of medical devices. You will provide daily manufacturing support relative to CAPA's, customer complaints and ECR's. Candidates interested need 5+ years' of hands-on manufacturing experience , preferably in the
medical deviceindustry and a bachelors degree in an engineering discipline such is Mechanical, Industrial, material science, polymer science or chemical engineering. You should have strong documentation control and Minitab experience. Please apply and call today for immediate consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Provides daily manufacturing support relative to CA/Client, Customer Complaints and ECRs, etc.
- Assures product and process quality by designing test methods; testing finished-product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes
- trains and guides technical staff on internal work instructions. Develops, writes,
- Evaluates daily production reports, machine cycle times, quality plans, and process changes for follow up and/or corrective action and prepares project status reports
- Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve product flow
- Utilize analytical troubleshooting/ problem solving abilities
- Implements design changes, specifications and drawing releases
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline. i.e.Mechanical, Plastic, Industrial, Material Science, Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment. (Preferably Medical Device or other highly regulated industry)
- Documentation Control experience.
- Continuous improvement experience
- Process Improvement experience
- Design of experiment experience
