Job Description:
The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University seeks a part-time instructor to teach GEO 171, Human Geographies, through University College during the Fall 2019 semester, August 26-December 13, 2019, on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-9:15 PM. (3 credits)
Course Description: This course emphasizes an integrative overview to human geography. Topics include human-environmental relations; demographic change; cultural landscape; urban and agricultural land-use and economic restructuring.
Qualifications:
ABD or higher in Geography with prior university teaching experience.
