Our Chicago loop based client has an immediate need for a Finance Manager to lead finance activities and supporting the agency teams that delivers services for a global client organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term plans

  • Analyze income statements, department expenses and cash flows

  • Business analysis around project pricing, development of rate cards and structuring of retainer fees

  • Interface with departments outside of finance including account and project management
  • Supervise a Senior Financial Analyst

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 7 - 12 years of experience including working at a professional services firm focused on project work
  • Experience in financial analysis, business analysis, budgeting and planning

  • General accounting experience is preferred

  • Supervisory experience preferred
