d.e Foxx & Associates, Inc. is looking for a qualified, full-time Graphic Specialist for our Corporate office located in downtown Cincinnati. The Graphic Specialist will work directly with the Value Recognition Team to develop materials for a variety of audiences, in a variety of mediums. The Value Recognition Team is responsible for driving all Marketing, Sales, and Account Management efforts to ensure that: (A) the value we provide our clients is recognized, (B) the materials communicating our value do so effectively, (C) the metrics we focus on are directly tied to the value we want to deliver, and (D) the clients we serve are consistently enjoying a positive experience with us.

As a skilled Graphic Specialist, the ideal candidate must be highly creative and able to visually translate often complex industry jargon into engaging, compelling design for consumption by both professionals and consumers. Projects will include, but are not limited to: logo redesign, brand ads, infographics, process flow diagrams, brochures, new brand collateral (both internal and client-facing), business forms, digital presentations, web graphics, and development of performance graphics from data analytics.

The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, collaborate, and complete projects as needed with minimal direction. The right fit for d.e. Foxx & Associate, Inc.’s fast-paced and growing brands will also require a candidate who has effective verbal communication skills, efficient time management abilities, attention to detail, as they will be working to satisfy projects for multiple brands simultaneously.

We are looking for a candidate who loves what they do and is up for the challenge of designing in industries that are tough to conceptualize on paper and digitally.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a wide variety marketing materials, highlighting corporate initiatives

  • Manage and update web content for Foxx brands

  • Produce and update sales materials including PowerPoint presentations, graphics, and collateral

  • Support the Value Recognition Team with the development and creation of educational materials

  • Work with printers and various other outside vendors

  • Compose and produce work in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are required

  • Inventory management of existing materials (digital and print)

  • Responsibility, accuracy and accountability on every project

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in Graphic Design within a corporate or agency environment (portfolio or samples of work will be requested)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Strong design skills including layout, typography, and production
  • Ability to materialize mock-ups from scratch or manipulate existing materials/files
  • Exceptional and effective communication skills
  • An advanced proficiency with Adobe CS5 or above and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are required.
