Job Description:
The Data Associate will support the Constituent Records & Research Office through coordination and oversight of high-level technology interfaces that liaison with the CITRUS CRM database and programmatically enter data into system, such as the SIS Interface (Registrar), AAF Interface (Admissions), among others.
The Associate will troubleshoot interface errors, provide statistical analysis, information and reports, and guide development officers and AEA colleagues through appropriate records submission processes.
They will assist in the implementation of CITRUS projects and, in addition to specializing in interface/programmatic data entry, will provide manual data entry support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years equivalent/relevant work experience (preferably in higher Education).

• A curious/flexible/continuous learner attitude is required
• Knowledge of enterprise management software systems, such as Blackbaud CRM, iModules and PeopleSoft, are recommended
• Must have excellent computer skills; proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint and other Office programs
• Strong analytical and time management skills, including demonstrated capacity to manage and prioritize competing projects and complete assignments under deadlines
