What You Will Be DoingManage all engineering employees, establish and organize engineering teams
Develop, implement and execute engineering lead projects to achieve company goals.
Establish and organize engineering teams
Strong understanding of various conventional, semi-automated, and fully automated manufacturing technologies
Develop action plan to incorporate spring processing including coiling, cutting, welding and automation.
Effectively manages and leads customer facing projects.
What You Need for this PositionAt Least 3 Years Of Experience And Knowledge Of
Experience with robotics, tooling and fixture design, mechanical product development, manufacturing process development/industrial engineering. Extensive knowledge of robotics, feedback and control systems, motion control computer software, laser welding and vision systems.
Experience with personnel management and leadership. Process improvement sufficient to coordinate manufacturing process changes across functional departments. Experience of process improvement or continuous improvement.
Experience with CAD skills in 3D modeling and PLM (SolidWorks preferred), MS Office Suite, CAM and ERP experience
Define, implement and monitor Statistical Process Controls including the ability to calculate and monitor process capability metrics
