Spectrum Design is currently seeking a Civil Engineer or a Graduate Engineer seeking professional registration for our downtown Roanoke Virginia office. Must have 2 to 5 years work experience. Proficiency in AutoCad/Civil 3D, Va. Stormwater Regulations and Storm Drainage Calculations required. Past Experience to include civil design in commercial and industrial development, utility design, parking & roadway design, recreational design, educational design, site master planning.
