What You'll Do

As our Financial Reporting Manager and based in our Glenview, ILworldwide headquarters, you will:

  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial filings based on SEC requirements (e.g. 10-Q and 10-K), and monthly management reporting packages
  • Coordinate accumulation of financial information among the consolidations group, corporate accounting team and the global business units
  • Monitor US GAAP and SEC developments and evaluate the impacts of new accounting and reporting rules.
  • Assist in projects relating to M&A activity, accounting and reporting as they become necessary, work with external auditors, and assist in any special projects and other issues as they arise.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT IN THE CROWD:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar degree required.
  • CPA or in the process of getting CPA viewed very favorably.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge in SEC filings (10k, 10Q), SEC development and US GAAP is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required.
  • Dynamic, proactive, energetic, detail-oriented and results-driven.
