As an Account Manager, you’ll be the lead relationship manager on certain of our hotel customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and ultimately increase retention. You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, relationship building will come naturally to you, and you’re a strong problem solver. You’ll also have a positive outlook and enjoy working on a team. We work in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to effectively multi-task and prioritize as well. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work to ensure customer satisfaction to ultimately drive long term customer retention
  • Understand client needs, handle complaints, answer product-specific questions, and resolve technical issues with our software products
  • Drive revenue opportunities with customers whenever possible
  • Manage the full life cycle of the customer, from onboarding, to proactively maintaining positive working relationships, to working towards a goal of no cancellations
  • Strategically manage cancellation requests
  • Work with internal teams to determine potential solutions to issues that arise as well as appropriate next steps
  • Provide training to customers as needed
  • Work to solve any issues as they arise, in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of work experience, ideally providing successful customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Organized
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-starter
  • Data-savvy
